Many people do say that everything is in the mind! So what happens is that if we don’t have the appropriate mindset to doing something, chances are that many small things will go wrong and major problems will be like impossible to solve. One should realize that by being a bit optimistic about losing some belly fat first and then after some 3 months eliminating that whole ugly belly fat is feasible. Start by doing small exercises, never think big when it comes to belly fat reduction. Start small and then as you get the momentum to doing more exercises, you’ll immediately realize that your belly fat will get drained away easily. I have seen people join good and effective weight loss training programs for months without really benefiting from them due to adopting the wrong mindset from right the outset. No one knows your body better that yourself. So, instead of going to a doctor or a health coach to ask about your body, look yourself right in the mirror and ask yourself this fundamental question: What will I have to do to be in good health? Is it that I need to have a healthy mind or healthy body or BOTH? This question has opened the eyes of many people wanting to experience waist weight loss and whole body fat loss and believe me, the results have been phenomenal. Isn’t that beautiful to feel good in your body! So the key to experience weight loss, belly fat reduction and whole body fat loss is to first accept and realize what you represent for yourself and what mindset you are going to need to enter this weight loss change process. Remember, it’s never too late, so make up your mind now and get ready for the next step to eliminating your belly fat.

As with all such advice, it is important to be aware that your genetic make up might pre-dispose you to a particular body type and, no matter what mental powers you bring to bear, you will not achieve the impossible at a sustainable level. Far more important is your mind set as it relates to yourself. I have seen more misery caused by low body image values being imprinted onto the minds of people suffering some of the consequences of the diseases I have had than by the actual body fat. Belly fat is not you - it is only a very small part of the whole. 6 pack abs, for example, do not go well with flabby arms and legs. See yourself as a whole person - not just a fat belly.
Having the right mindset is the key to accomplishing almost anything. That is, a positive mindset doesn't guarantee success, but a negative one almost guarantees failure.

I am not trying to lose weight as I am skinny enough, but sometimes I think that turned sideways I look like a straw that swallowed a grape, lol. At the same time, I have to remember that the classical statues showed the goddesses of antiquity and other female figures with nice round abdomens, so that was a standard of beauty the, even though it is not much thought of as such now.
I have to admit, Pin that over the last 2 years that I've been exercising, I become more aware of how I Sit, Walk and my Water Intake. The mindset is a big part of feeling good. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes. Frederick
